Dining Options
A large hexagonal gazebo with stonewalls and high wood ceiling provides a comfortable dining and relaxing area. It has a cozy health bar stocked with drinks and juices. The juices served are from the fruits grown in the family owned orchard.
The hygienically prepared food is fresh and wholesome. There is a fixed menu for each day (veg and non-veg). However, the menu may be modified, if requested by a guest for medical reasons. Almost all seasonal vegetables used are grown in the resort. Only organic fertilizers are used.
The kitchen is situated close to the dining area. The guests are welcome to see the kitchen.
For those participating in our courses, the fare is vegetarian. However, on request, non-vegetarian food can be provided.
